Organic brake pads are made with a semi-metallic blend rich in organic material that allows for a quicker bite (because the pad heats up very quickly and thus reaches optimal temperature) and very low noise because they are softer. With less metallic component, the pad is less suitable for handling extremely high temperatures. The lifespan of the organic pad is the shortest: consider that our organic pad has double the lifespan of a competitor's organic pad and even triple that of a Shimano (which is made of resin, thus extremely soft).
