They call it Long Life because this grease provides the best protection and durability for your bearings, even in the toughest driving conditions. This is the best choice if you spend your time cycling in a humid environment and do not use coated bearings or if your cycling application is an off-road discipline. Note that long Life Grease has a slightly higher coefficient of friction than standard all Round grease. It is a medium viscosity grease designed to provide the best performance in the worst driving conditions.
