Coalition Spherical also manages to rival the ventilation and cooling power of some brands road helmets, pairing massive front intake ports with efficient rear exhaust vents via deep internal channeling. Like many of our creations, one of Coalitions most impressive innovations lies hidden inside: the Halo System combines a chinbar with Pebax (a material that is engineered to provide the perfect range of flex and rigidity) and elastomeric bushings that are integrated into the EPS to absorb and dissipate kinetic forces. The result is a helmet that exceeds standard chinbar deflection certification testing by almost 2x.
