The Zipp 858 NSW Tubeless Disc Wheelset is engineered as Zipps most aerodynamic and efficient deep-section wheelset. It is tailored to triathletes, time trialists, and riders focused on maximizing speed. Featuring Zipps proprietary Total System Efficiency (TSE) technology, the 858 NSW reduces the four primary barriers to speed: wind resistance, gravity, rolling resistance, and vibration losses. Its 82 to 85mm undulating Sawtooth rim depth, combined with Hyperfoil nodes and HexFin ABLC dimpling, delivers class-leading aero performance with notable crosswind stability. The hookless, 23mm internal width rim is optimized for 30mm tires, enabling lower tire pressures that improve rolling resistance and ride comfort.
The 858 NSW is built around the lightweight ZR1 SL hub, which includes ceramic bearings and 66 points of engagement for responsive acceleration and smooth rolling. The rim design supports both tubeless and tubeless-ready tires with tubes, offering flexibility for different setup preferences. The wheelset ships with 12mm front and rear end caps, includes a center locking rotor interface and lockrings, and is compatible with XDR and SRAM/Shimano driver bodies. Campagnolo driver bodies are available separately. The Zipp 858 NSW Wheelset is one of the fastest and most aero options for the road.
